I had a decent stay at Punthill Apartment Hotel - Flinders Lane, but there were a few drawbacks. The location was superb, making it easy to explore Melbourne's attractions on foot. However, the soft beds weren't ideal for a good night's sleep, and I encountered some late-night noise from neighbors. Overall, I would say it meets expectations but could use some improvements.
